Basmati Rice
Ingredients:
1/4 - 1/2 cup rinsed white basmati rice per person
water
1 can of peas, drained
1 tsp cloves
Put rice in a pot and add 2 times the amount of water as there is rice. Add peas and cloves. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
