Chilli

Ingredients:

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
1 can baked beans
1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup water
several grinds of black pepper

Heat oil in pot and fry onion until softened. Add garlic and red pepper. Fry for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for half an hour.
