groovegan.com links policy

groovegan.com and KL Projects reserve the right to link to whatever we feel like linking to. This is a fundamental principle of the web, and sites/organizations that require a site to first obtain its permission to link to it, are to be treated with contempt and disdain.

The hyperlink resides on the groovegan site, therefore other sites have no right to dictate what is there. This silly practice, common amongst lawyer-heavy mega-corporations, is the equivalent in the non-digital world, of a newspaper refusing you the right to tell someone to read an article in their paper.

If a site has content it wishes to only present in a certain order (usually after they have thrown a bunch of ads at the viewer), then they can do this through one of the many techniques available (sessions, referring page scripts, cgi etc.). There is no technical excuse for not doing so.
