Vegan Chai
Traditionally made with black tea, cow's milk and spices such as cardomom and cinnamon, this is a vegan version that is especially heartening on a cold, damp day.
Ingredients:
4 teabags of Celestial Seasoning's Bengali Spice
1 carton of Rice Milk
Bring to a boil rice milk and teabags. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
